Ramadan Kareem is knocking at our door. But the world is facing, simultaneously, transitional period ever in its human history. The existence of human being is in crisis today; nothing is left to say about power, ability, and achievement of human being in one hand. On the other hand, frostbite death is also knocking at the doorstep of the imperiled people; are we thinking that our name is not in that list? That is known to us Covid- 19. In such a time, we cannot deny our personal and Ummatic ability. Along with the globe, the extreme panic is also prevalent in our country. The pace of life has stopped. Already the voice of the depressed and hungry people is on in air. With your support, activities like distribution of facial masks, hand rub spray machines and food among people who are in need have been executed in limited space. Such programs could be extended up to 3-6 months on the basis of fund availability. So, to keep continued the regular activities of the institute in spite of having adverse situation and to support the poor people who are jobless due to Covid- 19, we are expecting your support to implement the following programs—
Children Welfare Projects(CWP): Rearing and rehabilitant orphan, children having no identity of parents, helpless and autistics/handicapped children
Alokito Sisu Projects: Life-related education (al-Quran learning) for the slum and street children along with pre-schooling course
Ideal Village Projects: For ensuring the self-employment and promoting livelihood capacity of poor and ultra-poor to be run by the Zakah fund
Integrated Mother and Child Health Care Centers: For providing special health care services to helpless and deprived mothers and children
Life Related Education: Providing life-related education (al-Quran learning) to young adults and aged male & female
Humanitarian Support during Natural Disasters: Humanitarian support and rehabilitation for the needy during heavy winter, flood and droughts
Publishing Popular Monthly Magazine: Publishing monthly Jiggasa with contemporary Islamic issues, topics and important questions & answers related to daily-life
Education Support Projects: Scholarship for the Hafez and brilliant students of madrasha, school & college and also for the students who are at graduate and post-graduate level
Dear Brother and Sister
You are aware that the socio-economic situation of the whole world and of our beloved country is fragile due to Coronavirus. Especially the low-income, middle class and day labor are in very vulnerable position. To speak in truth, none of us is well and good in such a pandemic situation. We, the people who are blessed with sufficient wealth & property and leading solvent life, would not limit in such a miserable situation with 2.5% provision while paying Zakah and charity. We can ask protection for our life & property and life of our family members & relatives too to the unique owner of the universe by donating more than the past ever. What a clear instruction described in al-Quran to stand beside the humanity who are in stake—“Verily, [O men,] you aim at most divergent ends! Thus, as for him who gives [to others] and is conscious of God, and believes in the truth of the ultimate good for him shall We make easy the path towards [ultimate] ease. But as for him who is niggardly, and thinks that he is self-sufficient” (al-Quran; 92: 4-12).
We ensure spending of Zakah as guided and mentioned in al-Quran. You are most welcomed for choosing our institute in paying Zakah & charity on behalf of you and your institute which is nothing but sign of your ultimate encouragement to our institutional initiatives. May Almighty Allah (swt) give all of us the opportunity to be partners with such great endeavors. Ameen!!!
